There’re too many apps to make an Instagram video ad and sometimes mixing 2-3 apps is the best. VideoBoost is definitely one of them and quite recommendable if you want to have a business video maker with text in motion.
Make an Instagram Video Ad Easily
If you happen to don’t know how to create ad for Instagram, the easiest way is “posting and advertise the post”. Creating “video” ad is just the same – you only need a video to post (leave a comment if you still don’t know).
I guess the video you want to make an Instagram video ad is a kind of promo video. So let me show you how to make it with VideoBoost when you have a video with no text or even only still images. The main features of VideoBoost are like this.
- A business video app or promo video maker
- Free templates with text (editable) in motion
- 3 screen ratios (1:1, 16:9, 9:16 for stories)
- Trim, music, color filters and palettes (for color scheme of the video) are available
So let’s just start to make an Instagram video ad. First choose the template you want – free templates are not many but enough to use. I chose the “spicy” one and 1:1 screen ratio. Then I change the video clip into mine (touch “Clip” and replace).
You can use photos (still images) but videos would make better results because the text would move as well. Touch the text to edit them. You can also delete them if you want.
Since the template is composed of 3 pages, it’s good to make Instagram video ads for 10-15 seconds even with still images. Although I didn’t put my brand logo on the ad, you can put yours (see the screenshot far below, “Your Logo Here”) so it’s perfect for a business video maker.
Make an Instagram video ad with text
Although my “through the train window” video doesn’t look so business-like, you can imagine how useful this app is to make an Instagram video ad which usually needs text. With this text in motion of VideoBoost you can make promo videos that send short messages easily. VideoBoost also provides music for you to merge so try it as you like.
Since 1:1 video for Instagram doesn’t look so nice when it’s displayed on YouTube, I made a backward video by Reverse Movie FX and stitched two videos by Photogrid. Check my previous posts if you’re wondering how I did it!
VideoBoost is not the only app to make an Instagram video ad. You can also try other apps like PosterBoost or Vllo that I already introduced. You can have text or make videos from still image by both of them.
But if you want more business-like promo videos with your logo and longer messages, I recommend VideoBoost more. Of course 3 of them are really fun and easy to use if you love to play with videos.
